What are the various Trip upload templates that were sent to me in the Welcome Packet?

In the Welcome e-mail you should have received the following Trip templates:

  • Generic Trip upload Template – This template should be used to upload your Private Pay or Trips from other sources.
  • Access2Care Trip upload Templates – This template should be used to upload Trips from A2C.

When and How to use the User and Vehicle upload template?

If you are an existing WellRyde customer (via LogistiCare) you would have downloaded your users and vehicles. If you are not an existing WellRyde Customer OR you have to add drivers/vehicles that have been credentialed else where, you can use the User and Vehicle Upload Template to upload them en-masse. How does the login process to WellRyde work?

You will receive all your credentials through a Welcome Email after you have registered. The credentials will have been created using the Registrant’s name and email. This person can login to the system and create users, so that the users can access certain parts of the system.

Where can I download the WellRyde App from?

If you are an Android User: Go to Google Play and Download the App.

If you are an iOS User: Go to the Apple App Store and Download the App.

How will the Driver credentials be created?

The Registrant/Super User will create Users that have the Driver Role/Credentials attached. Please refer to the question, “How does the login process to WellRyde work?

What are security questions? Why should I answer them?

We value security.

We want your WellRyde login credentials to be secure with an additional requirement. You Must answer a minimum of 3/10 Security question when any user logs in the first time. Every user receives the same set of questions.

The purpose of the security questions is that in case any user forgets their password, they can easily reset their password by answering the questions.

How can I tell which source Trip belongs to?

In the Portal, users can look under the ‘Trip Source’ Column in the Trip Screen to easily identify which trip belongs to which source. In addition, you can use the Conditional Formatting feature in WellRyde to highlight trips in different colors based on the Source. To learn more click on  Conditional Formatting.

Very simple. As part of the initial setup after Registration, a single login credential will be created using the Name, e-mail ID of the person who registered. The Welcome packet will be e-mailed to this specific person. This person can then login to the system and create other users in the System and give them appropriate roles.

For the Android users, the App can be downloaded from the Google Play store like any other App. For iOS users the App can be downloaded from the Apple Play Store similar to any App.

As mentioned above, the Driver credentials will be created by the first user who is provided with the login credential in the Welcome packet.

  • How do I get started with WellRyde?You can visit www.wellryde.com site and click on DEMO to understand how you can benefit from WellRyde. If you are already familiar with the solution and would like to begin using, you can click on the REGISTER link to fill in details and proceed to the payment site and complete your registration process. Once this is complete:
    1. You will then receive an email from support@nuvizz.com along with a Welcome packet. The email will provide you the details for logging into the WellRyde Portal, access to User guides and templates to set yourself up.
    2. In addition you will then receive an email to activate your account to view your invoices.

How can I get trained on using the System?Please click on any of the webinar buttons or the webinar drop down under resources to register for a webinar session date and time conducted by one of our product specialists.  Additionally, once your have signed up for a one month trial you will also be given access to user guides, training videos and access to customer success/support personnel.  
  • What do I get in the Welcome Packet e-mail from nuVizz?Once you are registered successfully with us, you will receive a Welcome e-mail that will contain the following details: Link to WellRyde Portal with login credentials for the user who registered with us. Following Spread sheet templates: Trip Upload template(s) User Upload template Vehicle Upload template A separete e-mail will be triggered from our Support Portal that will allow you to set yourself up to acess. User guides and training videos. NOTE: This e-mail is seperate from the Welcome e-mail sent from nuVizz.
  • When can I expect the Welcome packet e-mailed to me after Registration process?We expect to complete the initial configuration and trigger the Welcome e-mail to you within 24 hours. In case you do not receive this in 24 hours, please e-mail us to support@nuvizz.com .
  • What happens if I have not activated my account to view invoices?In case you have not activated your account, you will still be billed as per your billing cycle and tier. You will not be able to view the copy of the invoice generated and view billing history etc. Activation of this account can be done at any time.
